The job of church council leaders

Our vision is to create healthily functioning church leadership teams in our churches so that they could fulfill the mission of the church. This is acheived by mentoring, supporting and organizing development of skills and spiritual growth (both individually and in teams) in order to maintain and to begin new fruit-bearing ministries.
