LBCU Minister's Brotherhood

Ministers’ Brotherhood (MB) is LBCU ministry that encompasses all LBCU preachers and pastors as well as BPI students.

MB vision

We want to encourage all ministers to live christocentric, missional and multiplying lives, and to be a good example in churches where they minister.

MB is responsible for

• Reviewing licensing of new preachers and ordaining present preachers;
• Organizing annual conferences for ministers;
• Strengthening marriages of ministers by organizing marriage strengthening seminars;
• Promoting further education of ministers;
• Supporting ministers financially during birth of children, changing location of ministry and other instances;
• Helping solve conflicts that involve ministers;
• Listening to, encouraging and helping ministers in crisis situations.

Structure of GB

GB is led by board of 7 people that is reelected after 3 years.
